What’s Required:
One grated onion
6 garlic cloves, minced
2 Pepperjack cheese, shredded (1/4 cup)
1 quart of milk
1 3/4 cups chicken broth (low sodium)

What’s Required:
Peel, seed, and cut into 1-inch cubes 1 butternut squash
minced garlic from 4 cloves
Chicken stock, about 4 cups
One Cup of Onion, Finely Chopped
Half a cup of heavy cream
Sour cream, at least 1/4 cup and up to taste
