Salad Sandwich Recipe

Everyone will be begging for the recipe once you serve them this delicious ham salad. Make sandwiches out of it, or serve it on a bed of lettuce.

Two cups of mayonnaise

One cup of tangy relish

1/4 of a teaspoon of ground white pepper

2.25 grams of salt

2 kilos of chopped smoked boneless ham

Diced Onion (One)

Diced green pepper, one small

2 diced celery stalks

Directions

Mix the mayonnaise, relish, black pepper, and salt together in a large basin. Toss in the ham, onions, peppers, and celery until everything is well covered. Salad should be stored in the fridge in a covered dish.

There’s ham, spaghetti, bell peppers, onion and sweet pickles, tomatoes, and sour cream in here, and it’s all kinds of good. Excellent for al fresco meals and picnics.

Eight ounces of ziti

1 pound of diced cooked ham

1-inch cubes of 1 big red bell pepper

Green pepper, one big, sliced into 1-inch chunks

1 big sliced red onion

Chop 15 tiny sweet pickles and set aside the juice.

1 cup of halved cherry tomatoes

Mayo, one cup’s worth

1/4 cup plain yogurt

Beef bouillon granules (about 2 1/2 tablespoons)

1 tbsp. of vinegar, white

Salt, 1/2 teaspoon

A Pinch of Black Peppercorns

two minced garlic cloves

Directions

Start by bringing a big saucepan of water towards a boil and gently salting it.

Pasta should be added and cooked for 8-10 minutes, until al dente, before being drained.

Drain the pasta and add it to a large bowl along with the ham, peppers, onions, pickles, and tomatoes.

Mix 1/2 cup of the saved pickle juice with the mayonnaise, and sour cream, mustard, beef bouillon fragments, vinegar, salt, pepper, garlic, and a small bowl.

Add the finished salad and gently toss until everything is uniformly covered. Let the flavors meld in the refrigerator overnight. Serve at or just below room temperature.

1 pound of ham, chopped

Shredded Cheddar cheese, one cup

2 chopped celery stalks

Half a cup of sour cream

1 1/2 teaspoons of mustard powder

Directions

Chop the ham & celery together in a blender or food processor until the mixture is uniform in texture. Pulse in the cheese for a uniform mixture.
