Pineapple chunks, two cans worth (drained)
2 drained cans of mandarin oranges
2 drained jars of maraschino cherries
Coconut Flakes, 1 Can
One-half bag of small marshmallows
Sour cream, 4 ounces
Cool Whip, 16 oz. container
Directions
Mix the sour cream on and Cool Whip together in a bowl. Whisk in the last ingredients until combined. Refrigerate, covered, for at least 2 hours.

8 ounces of cream cheese (1 box)
Powdered sugar, one-third cup
1/4 of a teaspoon of pure vanilla
One-third of a cup of salad dressing or mayonnaise
1 (16 oz) can peaches, drained and sliced
1/4 of an orange, sliced
1 empty 16-ounce can of fruit cocktail
Crushed pineapple: 1 (8-ounce) can, drained
Two and a half cups of tiny marshmallows
1/4 cup whipped topping
Sprinkling in some crimson food coloring
Topping with more whipped cream
Directions
Use a hand mixer to beat the cream cheese in a bowl. Mix the powdered sugar in until it is evenly distributed. Mix in the vanilla extract and mayonnaise. Mix in the marshmallows and fruit. Mix in the whipped topping by folding it in.
Color the mixture using food coloring. The salad has reached the proper shade of pink. Pour into soufflé cups or serving dishes with a 5-ounce capacity. Put it in the refrigerator overnight to freeze.
Please allow 15 minutes for defrosting before serving. Top with whipped cream and fresh cherries.

Directions
Use a melon ball cutter to remove the red meat from within the watermelon. Ensure that the shell is completely drained.
You should also dice the remaining fruits. Put those watermelon balls and the other fruit pieces and berries into the watermelon shell. Refrigerate until preparing to serve.
Vinaigrette for Fruit Salad
4 and a half milliliters of all-purpose flour
1 can of pineapple juice, 6 ounces
About a third of a cup of sugar
1/3 cup of concentrated orange juice
Honey, about 2 teaspoons
Lemon juice, about 2 teaspoons
Directions
Mix everything together in a sauce pan. Bring to a boil and simmer, stirring frequently, for 2 minutes, or until thickened. Cool. Put on top of fruit. Keep any leftover dressing in the fridge.

Directions
Put everything into a big dish and stir it up. Blend the dry pudding ingredients into the fruit until there are no streaks of pudding left. The pudding will soak up the pineapple juice, making the salad look thinner at first.
