Lean beef ground to a half kilo
1 medium onion 2 minced garlic cloves
1 jar of paste tomato
3 and a half cups of tomato paste
2/3 cup of regular milk
Baby carrots, one cup, coarsely chopped
Parmesan cheese, grated, 14 cup
