Chicken Breasts with Maple Syrup

Required Items

3/4 kg of skinless, boneless chicken
2 tablespoons of honey
1/4 of a jar of mustard
2 teaspoons of low-sodium soy sauce
Two sprigs of thyme, fresh
2 fresh sprigs of rosemary
Adequate salting
a pinch of freshly ground black pepper
Place chicken in an 11×7-inch baking dish that has been sprayed with cooking spray. Season chicken to taste with salt and pepper. In a small bowl, whisk together the maple syrup, Dijon mustard, and soy sauce.
Toss the chicken in the sauce and cover it well. Herbs like rosemary and thyme go well with chicken. Bake for 30–40 minutes in an oven preheated to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.

Get rid of the herbs. Serve the chicken with the sauce spooned on top.

The Supreme Chicken Nuggets with Melted Cheese

Required Items

Frozen chicken nuggets, half a kilogram (for extra fun, use dino chicken nuggets)
Amount of Mozzarella: 2 Cups
pizza sauce (1 cup)
Kojic salt
Cracked black pepper, just ground
Fresh basil, chopped, as a finishing touch
Place chicken nuggets, frozen or not, in an oven-proof dish. Nuggets should be doused in pizza sauce and seasoned with kosher salt & freshly ground black pepper. Spread mozzarella on top. Nuggets should be baked in an oven preheated to 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 25-30 minutes. Take out of oven and let cool for a while. Serve with a sprinkling of fresh basil.
Easy Sloppy Joes with Cheese and Chicken

Required Items

Approximately Three-Quarts Chicken Ground
a thousand grams of minced garlic
1, diced, big onion
Amount of Mozzarella: 2 Cups
Ketchup, one cup
13 cup of dark sugar
2 Tablespoons Mustard, Yellow
a single spoonful of pure olive oil
Optional: 1 tablespoon chili powder
Worcestershire sauce, to taste, 2 tablespoons
Use freshly ground black pepper and kosher salt to taste.
Serving Size: 4 Buns
In a large pan, sauté the onion in the oil over medium heat until it is soft. Cook the garlic for one further minute. Add the ground chicken and continue cooking for another 6 minutes, or until the chicken is no longer pink.
Stir in the chili powder (if using), brown sugar, mustard, ketchup, and Worcestershire sauce. Add some salt and pepper for flavor. Mix all of the ingredients together well. Keep on low heat for 5 minutes, or until sauce has thickened.

Cover for a further 2 minutes to let the mozzarella to melt. Take it away from the stove and let it cool for a while. Eat on buns.
